Welcome to the "Liquidation Lots 4 Less" wholesale Supply site. I just want to take a moment to thank you for your interest in buying discounted, quality merchandise through my network of sellers. 

 

Below you will find a COMPLETE set of rules and procedures for purchasing & selling with us. YOU MUST READ & FOLLOW all the rules or we will block customers accordingly.

RULES, PROCEDURES & LEGAL:

 

BUYERS:

 

1.) All transactions are between buyers & sellers of inventory lots and not with “Liquidations4less”. All communications, payments and shipping are the responsibility of the 2 parties involved.  Once a "potential buyer" finds a lot they are interested in, They will click to purchase the lot and make deposit. PAYMENT MADE ON THIS STORE ARE FOR DEPOSITS ONLY.  After the deposit is made and order received by "Liquidation Lots for Less" We will arrange the invoice for final payment to be sent to buyer to complete the order.  IF you make a purchase on this site and send deposit in error or later decide to cancel the order before completing, your deposit less any associated fees (paypal/credit card processing) will be refunded and order cancelled.

 

2.) Final Invoices will be sent via PayPal for payment. You must make payment within 24 hours of receiving the final invoice.  If you wish to pay via Credit card or Debit card you should click to pay the invoice and choose to fund the purchase with the appropriate card.

 

 

 

3.) Chargebacks, returns, INAD, & Partial refunds should be handled directly with the seller. 10% Buyers premium is non refundable upon completing the purchase. 

 

4.) All Buyers are responsible to pay sales tax TO THE SELLER (not liquidation lots 4 less) or provide seller with a current sales tax certificate to purchase tax free. Sellers are responsible for back end sales tax collection otherwise.

 

5.) Any abuse of the policies or rules will result in a lifetime ban from Buying or Selling with Liquidations4Less. Creating new user names, emails, or other information to circumvent this policy can/will result in further legal action.

 

 

SELLERS: (Please Email us at LiquidationLots4Less@Gmail.com to sell lots with us) 

 

1.) All potential & current sellers must provide Liquidations4Less with a current

~Full Name,

~Email,

~PayPal Email Address,

~Phone Number,

~Mailing Address,

~Business Name

 

******(This information is not required until your first transaction)

 

2.) When selling a “lot” or any merchandise ALL sellers must provide,

 

~The number of pieces in the lot,

~The items included in the lot including brands, styles, models etc, (the more info the better) condition also

~Asking price,

~At least 8 photos (more photos will help sell the lot faster) clean, clear & all angles

~Location of the Lot (Address and zip code)

~Weight + box information (dimensions/number of boxes) etc. 

 

3.) Seller transaction fee of 10% shall be paid within 24 hours of the close of a deal and/or invoice being sent from Liquidations4less. (NON refundable in the even of returns/chargebacks with buyer)

 

4.) Any chargebacks, refunds, returns, partials or disputes must be handled directly with the buyer & not with Liquidations4Less.

 

5.) Sellers are responsible for collecting OR paying Sales Tax from Buyers OR collecting a copy of their state sales tax certificate to avoid sales tax in the event of exemption. 

 

6.) Sellers must contact "Liquidation Lots 4 Less" upon successful payment from the buyer being received, AND upon shipping to and/or receipt of goods by the buyer to confirm the transaction is complete.

 

7.) Any abuse of the policies or rules will result in a lifetime ban from Buying or Selling with Liquidations4Less. Creating new user names, emails, or other information to circumvent this policy can/will result in further legal action
